The People´s Deputies suggest supplementing item 6.3.4 of clause 6 chapter ІV ("Individual Income Tax") with sub-items ґ) and д).
Under these items, the taxpayer shall not include the amount of funds paid to the health care establishments as compensation of paid services on medical treatment of veneral diseases (except of AIDS and veneral diseases caused by domestic infection або sexual assault), or drug or tobacco addiction to the sum of tax privilege.
The Committee suggests supplementing item 7.4 of clause 7 chapter ІV ("Individual Income Tax") that enlists the occupations whose representatives pay 10 per cent of the taxable base of wage income with the words "for the medical staff of state-owned and municipal health care establishments."
The People´s Deputies suggest supplementing sub-item "б)" of item 19.1 of clause 19 chater VІ ("Excise Tax") that exempts operations on delivery of some goods from tax with the words "and ethyl alcohol used by the health care establishments in medical practice, laboratory research and technological processes."
